Reports

Rooted in efforts to increase awareness of the accomplishments and struggles of the nail salon community, we lead research and data collection that guide our organizing, policy advocacy, and movement-building efforts. In collaboration with research institutions like the UCLA Labor Center, we produce reports that highlight the challenges and barriers nail salon workers and owners continue to face, even with the COVID-19 pandemic. These data collecting and research efforts help shape and guide future campaigns and policy advocacy with our members and community.
