Our team is based in California and works collaboratively across the areas of Outreach & Leadership Development, Policy Advocacy, Research, and Civic and Voter Engagement.

Full-Time Policy & Program Coordinator

Our team is looking for a dedicated leader, who can outreach, support, organize, and train community members, including but not limited to first-generation immigrants, refugees, and nail salon workers and owners. You are committed to racial, economic, reproductive, gender, and environmental justice, bottom-up social change, and building social movements. You have a deep understanding of the experiences and histories of Asian American communities (and still want to deepen your understanding).

Our team is looking for a leader: someone who can organize nail salon workers & owners through outreach, training, & leadership development; someone who can develop and facilitate policy and research opportunities; someone who is committed to supporting environmental health and justice, civic engagement, policy advocacy, and community-based research.You have a deep understanding of the experiences and histories of Asian American communities (and still want to deepen your understanding).

Student Intern

Our team is looking for volunteers to support community and voter education. You will get a chance to reach out to our community members about COVID-19 vaccines, voter turnout, and racial and reproductive justice. Vietnamese speakers are encouraged to apply.

Our team is looking for student interns to support our civic engagement program this spring and upcoming summer. This internship will consist of hands-on experience by advocating for what's important to our communities through canvassing. Students will be responsible for tracking their own hours and the IVE supervisor will sign off timecards (if applicable).

Note: This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity!
